I was born and raised in Orange County, California. I've always had an interest in cars and auto repair. After researching auto technician schools, I was accepted in a two-year auto technician course at Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Phoenix, Arizona.  Upon graduating with flying colors, I was selected to attend Mercedes-Benz school in Orlando, Florida. After completing this program, I returned to my home town and accepted an auto technician position with a local Orange County Mercedes-Benz dealership. I held this position for 20 years. The last five years I worked exclusively on the diesel engine Sprinter van including Sprinter chassis based trucks and Motorhomes.
